Event Submission Guidelines
Let us know what's going on
We want to know what's going on in and around Charleson. Submit an event for FREE by sending us a message here or registering and following the instructions below. Be sure to include your contact information in case we need to reach you. We will never use your e-mail for purposes other than contacting you about the event.
How to Submit an event
In order to submit an event you can send us a message or you can use our event submission form. In order to use the form you must be a registered user of Charleston.com. Once your account has been activated (you should receive an e-mail following registration), log back into the website and click the Events link in the main menu. Click on the
icon above the event listings to add an event. From there you will be prompted to enter the details of your event. If you have any questions or are having difficulty using the form, feel free to email us at info@charleston.com
Each event will be reviewed for approval before it is displayed on the site. Charleston.com reserves the right to alter or reject event submissions at their discretion. Offensive or inappropriate content will not be allowed. Please allow 24-28 hours to review your event submission. Free events will be displayed immediately after they are approved. Paid events will be displayed once the event is approved and payment is received. See below for package and payment details. Events can be listed up to one year prior to the event date. Events will be removed following the date of the event.
Charleston.com offers the following event listing packages.
Pricing
- Package A - FREE: Event Name, Category, Date, Phone, Email and 200-250 character Event Description
- Package B - $50: Includes Package A Features plus your Event Web Address
- Package C - $150: Includes Package B Features plus an Event Photo and an Unlimited Event Description
- Package D - $350: Includes Package C Features plus the event will be listed as a Featured Event on the Home Page
Payments
Payments can be submitted via paypal. Select your package and click Pay Now. Be sure to indicate your event name and e-mail address.
