Go Out This Weekend to Help Tony the Peanut Man

May 9th, 2012 - Anthony Wright, a.k.a. Tony the Peanut Man, has had quite the streak of bad luck lately—followed by a wave of support from local businesses and residents. On April 17th, Wright’s peanut-cooking equipment and supplies went up in a blaze of fire in his backyard. Nine hundred pounds of peanuts were destroyed, and Wright could do nothing but stand there and watch as his equipment—and way to make a living—was demolished.
