Charleston’s renowned for its beaches, its diverse food scene, and its shopping. Downtown (King Street in particular) is strewn with fancy boutiques, trendy retailers, and other high-end shops and stores. But what if you don’t have the moolah to go shopping (and buying) at the typical Charleston retail spot?
